3、Check,eliminate hidden safety hazards,and implement the four aspects of responsibility, organization, system, and preventive measures.

4、Strengthen safety education for department personnel,fully perform safety duties,fully perform safety duties.

Job requirements：

2、Age 30--40 years old,college degree or above in safety management,more than 8 years of experience in the construction industry,and accumulated independent work experience of more than 50,000 square meters.

3、It is preferred to have a construction engineer certificate of level 2 or above and an intermediate professional title,and be proficient in the construction project management process.

Job Responsibilities：

1、Responsible for the preparation of the construction drawing forecast,settlement and quantity analysis of the project,edit and review project subcontracting, labor settlement.

2、Prepare monthly project progress budget and material adjustment (according to the market price provided by the material staff) and report it to relevant departments for approval in time.

3、Review the project progress budget of subcontracting and labor service level (the engineering quantity approved by the technician),adjust the budget in time according to the on-site visa and changes

4、Assist finance in cost accounting.

5、In the project bidding stage,make timely and accurate budgets,and provide quotation basis.

6、Grasp the accurate market price and budget price,adjust the budget and settlement in time

7、Provide timely prices for the work content of the labor service layer as the basis for decision-making.

8、Participate in the preparation of bidding documents,bidding documents and contract review,collect the cost information of each project,and provide a basis for bidding.

9、Establish the project budget,settlement and progress report ledger of the unit,and fill in the relevant reports.

Job Responsibilities：

1、Do a good job in the management of technology, quality, safety, civilized construction and progress on site.

2、According to the construction drawings and construction acceptance specifications,prepare technical disclosure materials and construction plans for various parts and types of work,be responsible for technical disclosure to subcontracting teams and workers, and keep records; responsible for the implementation of the three inspection systems.

3、Responsible for leveling and laying out of the project,to ensure that it meets the requirements of the drawings and is accurate.

4、Familiar with construction specifications,operating procedures,acceptance specifications and quality assessment standards,to ensure that all processes are constructed according to drawings and specifications,and meet established quality standards.

5、Assist the project manager to propose the material plan,specification,quality standard and auxiliary material plan for quality assurance, tool and equipment use plan for the engineering sub-sections.

6、According to the changes proposed by the construction unit and the design unit,notify the relevant teams in writing in a timely manner.

7、Actively participate in the stage acceptance of parts,put forward handling opinions for those who affect the quality,and calculate the direct economic losses.

8、Check and supervise the use of materials by subcontracted teams,and cooperate with the project manager to do a good job in cost control,Take corresponding economic responsibility for the cost exceeding the standard of the project.

9、Assist the material receiver to check and accept the incoming materials.

10、Responsible for explaining the technical requirements related to safe construction to the construction operation team and operators in detail.

11、Responsible for the environmental maintenance and inspection of the construction site.
